HONORING, REMEMBERING & ACKNOWLEDGING our VETERANS

The Hard Truth

Don't let a Veterans time and experience's go unnoticed or forgotten. They have at one point given everything they had to support and defend our ways of life. Spend a little time with them, encourage their continued life and sharing of experiences with others. Every little gesture, or acknowledgement goes a long way in preserving their spirit and will to carry on. Their pride doesn't allow for them to ask for help with mundane things, everyday things we take for granted and still have the ability to manage.. take that step and offer a hand. If nothing more than to just lift their spirits, or bring a moment of joy and a smile from them.PLEASE join us in recognizing their time in service and their sacrifices, Become a DAFO member, its free and only requires a moment of your time at any given moment.

Compassion is not a virtue-it is a committment. Its not something we have or don't have..It's something we choose to practice!

The DAFO Project

A Veteran Project by a Veteran

DAFO was formed to encourage participation in Challenge Coining, Ducking, and Thanking service members, and US Veterans within and from the jeeping community and civilian population.

Encourage a smile, make a Veterans day, buy a cup of coffee, place a Veteran or Service coin, a pin, something memorable with a note and a couple bucks for a coffee on you.

Acknowledgement and appreciation go a very long way in making a Veterans day. Given the time and sacrifice service members and veterans give for our rights and freedoms and that of others, it's a small thing we can do just to say Thank You, you are recognized and appreciated. Join DAFO and make a Veterans day..
